Bowie & Dick Test Pack
Bowie & Dick Test -
is a card with a test substance placed between sheets of special paper, laminate and foam.
This design reflects critical conditions and allows you to check whether the generated water vapor is able to reach every recess of the sterilized package.
Directions for use: Place the test pack in a preheated, empty sterilizer chamber and run a 3.5-minute sterilization cycle at 134-137°C or run the Bowie & Dick program. After sterilization is complete, remove the pack, wait for it to cool down, then open and read the test result.
The effectiveness of the control is confirmed by a change in the colour of the test sheet and additionally the indicator on the external label from yellow to black.
