Lunamoon Cat Eye Base is a base with a cat eye effect. The product contains small metallic particles that react to the action of a magnet, moving in the not yet hardened layer, creating a magical reflection in the design.
These bases have a medium consistency and blend well. They do not require a dark base because they have optimal color density.
